Youth Cycling

Description
Progressive, challenging workout specially designed for youth on stationary bikes set to music. 45-minute classes available.
Outcomes/Benefits
Helps tone lower body, increase cardio fitness, and improves endurance.
Ability level
Great for all ability levels. Ages 10 to high school.
Tips/Preparation

Equipment Used
Stationary bikes – provided by WRF.
Attire
Comfortable, loose clothing and indoor gym shoes.
What to bring (optional)
A water bottle and towel.

Youth Fitness Training

Description
Certified Athletic Trainer, Kayla, will guide a small group of youth as they navigate using the equipment in the main gym at WRF, specifically for 10 years old to high school.
Outcomes/Benefits
Your child will be introduced and shown how to use WRF fitness equipment properly.
Ability level
Ages 10-high school.
