BodyPump

Description
Adds strength training to your aerobic workout with choreographed tracks set to music that works all major muscle groups. 55-minute sessions available.

Intermediate and advanced. Minimum age: 15 years.
Tips/Preparation
Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.

Step platforms, barbell, set of weights and dumbbells – provided by WRF.
Attire
Comfortable, loose clothing and indoor gym shoes.

Core Conditioning is an exercise class designed by Wild River Fitness; only offered at its facility.

Core Express

Description
An express workout that targets all core muscles with crunches, planks, extensions and more. 30-minute sessions available.
Outcomes/Benefits
Overall strengthening of the core section.
Ability level
Designed for all ability levels with modifications offered.
Tips/Preparation
Since this is an express class, warming up for at least 5 minutes before is recommended.
Equipment Used
stability ball, mats and weights – provided by WRF.

Comfortable clothing and indoor gym shoes.

Kettlebell Core

Description
This class uses traditional Russian weights that resemble bowling balls with handles. 45-minute classes are available.

Helps to increase strength, relieves stress, improves posture/balance and increases metabolism.

Intermediate and advanced. Minimum age: 15 years.
