Description
Your child will have fun making string art and at least one other crafty project, it will all depend upon how fast their little fingers can go!

Culinary Kids

Description

Description
Progressive, challenging workout specially designed for youth on stationary bikes set to music. 45-minute classes available.

Helps tone lower body, increase cardio fitness, and improves endurance.
Ability level
Great for all ability levels, grades 6 to 12.
Tips/Preparation
Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.
