Description
An all round low-impact workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. It's ideal for those new to group fitness, those returning to exercise or rehabilitating after an injury, pre and postnatal mothers, and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness, strength and flexibility. 55-minute session.

Description
INSANITY© is based on the popular at-home workout that uses MAX interval training to sculpt your body. It is a high intensity, body weight training class designed to make you sweat. 50-minute classes available.

Total body workout that helps tone the entire body, lose weight, increase cardio fitness, and improve endurance.
Ability level
Intermediate and advanced, however there will be modifications available for most levels. Minimum age: 15 years.
Tips/Preparation
This is a very high intensity class that is designed to push you to the max, so it may be hard to keep up when you first get started. Just be patient.

Description
