Description
INSANITY© is based on the popular at-home workout that uses MAX interval training to sculpt your body. It is a high intensity, body weight training class designed to make you sweat. 50-minute classes available.

Total body workout that helps tone the entire body, lose weight, increase cardio fitness, and improve endurance.
Ability level
Intermediate and advanced, however there will be modifications available for most levels. Minimum age: 15 years.

This is a very high intensity class that is designed to push you to the max, so it may be hard to keep up when you first get started. Just be patient.

Description
Somatic Yoga blends the philosophy of “somatics”, which unifies mind and body, with traditional yoga.

This class will help keep you safely on your feet through a variety of balance and movement exercises. 45-minute classes are available.
Outcomes/Benefits
SilverSneakers Stability® will improve your balance and strength. Movements focus on strengthening the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving reaction time.
Ability level
Participants need to be able to stand for approximately 30 minutes at a time.
Tips/Preparation
Come prepared to challenge your balance and have fun.
