Special Events

It's not your everyday workout at Wild River Fitness. In addition to our list of exercise classes, we also host many special events during the course of the year, from foot races to special 2 hour Beat The Bulge classes on Thanksgiving, New Year's Day and Super Bowl Sunday. If you’re interested in one-day activities with your children, try Ghoul's Gone Wild during the holidays. Got Kids? Have them join us for our popular Series Classes, Youth Fitness Training, Youth Cycle and special Boot Camps throughout the year. We have programs for Kindergarten through High School.

Cardio Strength Craze (Cardio Blast)

Description
Turbo charge your cardiovascular system with a maximum calorie burn workout. Workout changes weekly for maximum results. 45-minute session.
Outcomes/Benefits
Improves muscular strength and endurance, improves flexibility and range of movement and possible weight loss through elevated calorie expenditure.
Ability level
Intermediate and advanced. Minimum age: 15 years.
Tips/Preparation
Come warmed up; be patient with yourself as you learn the techniques.
Equipment Used
Your own body weight.
Attire
Comfortable, loose clothing and indoor gym shoes.
What to bring (optional)
A water bottle and towel.

    3:45 to 8:15 p.m.
    Friday 8:15 to 11:45 a.m.
    Saturday 7:45 to 10:30 a.m.
