Fitness Experience
After college, Anne wasn't happy with her weight and she needed to do something about it. She started with one running class that worked its participants up to running a 5K and didn't stop there. Anne continued running by participating in many local 5ks. After the birth of her first son, Anne discovered group fitness classes, and after a few times, Anne was HOOKED. She started attending BodyPump in 2004 and has been doing so ever since. Anne earned her certification as a BodyPump Instructor in 2008, now leading three classes a week. She then became certified in BodyFlow in 2012 leading 2 classes a week. In addition to these classes, she also leads a Group Cycling class on a rotating schedule. Anne's goal is to bring big energy and motivation to every class that she leads... even those days when it’s difficult to be inspired.
Since Anne also works in Member Services, she is able to greet and help all of the great members at Wild River.
Success Story
Anne didn’t start out with fitness as her first career choice, but things happily fell that direction. She is so thankful for the ability to inspire and personally touch everyone that attends her classes. It’s those connections with others in her class that motivates her to continue being an instructor.
