- Fitness Experience
- Kelli has been a fitness instructor since 1993, starting out instructing dance and aerobics. After having children in 1999, she took a different fitness direction including 5Ks and 10Ks here and there. Kelli’s actively involved in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure in Twin Cities and San Francisco, helping raise over $10,000 in the last 10 years. She currently specializes in Vinyasa Yoga and Stand-up Paddle Board Yoga.

- Kelli’s first venture into yoga was to rehabilitate an injury and unbalanced lifestyle. Yoga helped her learn how to breathe, discover trust in alignment and find strength in balance. “That next summer, yoga brought me to the water, which was a place that I feared. I basically flunked about every swim lesson as a child and was terrified of doing more than a mean doggy paddle.” Kelli explained. “Calling upon a newfound energy cultivated by yoga, I discovered calmness in practicing on SUP and learned to unlearn my fear in water.” Now, Kelli can’t get enough of floating on the water.
- Kelli is a Social Media Practitioner in the Financial Industry by day, practices yoga daily and is a mom to two very active boys (9 and 14) every minute she can.
