Welcome to Wild River Fitness

Our 16,000-square-feet of space is complete with a full line of state-of-the-art cardio, strength and free-weight fitness equipment, as well as separate group exercise rooms for fitness classes.

With great equipment, wonderful classes and incredible workouts, Wild River Fitness has what you’d expect from a fitness center, but is so much more than a gym. We provide benefits for children, teens, families and seniors. As a member of Wild River Fitness, you’ll have access to fitness equipment, health seminars and fitness experts that go right to the heart of improving your health and the health of our community.

Wild Kats Series Classes

NEW! Wild Kats Series Classes

The NEW Wild Kats Series has been updated from the previous after-school program. Each month, your child ages 7-13 or grades K-2 will enjoy the fun, hands-on learning from our experts in fitness, nutrition, and nature right off the school bus.

Registration is now available for February Classes:

  • Snacks & Art Series (Grades K-2)
  • Outdoor Fun Series (ages 7-13)
  • Winter Survivalist (ages 7-13)

Youth Fitness Training

A small group of youth (age 10 through High School) will be lead by a personal training as they explore the fitness equipment in the main gym at WRF right off the school bus.

Beat the Bulge

BEAT THE BULGE, THEN INDULGE

Join WRF for Beat the Bulge, then Indulge! Burn those extra calories before the "Big Game" in a 2 hour metabolic conditioning workout, alternating strength and cardio sessions with:

  • stationary bikes,
  • free weights,
  • kettle bells,
  • benches and
  • bands.

Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Pre-register to reserve your spot. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Childcare not available.

New Youth Cycling

Youth Cycling

Youth Cycling is a progressive, challenging work out specifically designed for youth age 10 through High School. Join our cycle instructor and be challenged to push your limits while surrounded by your friends and classmates. Ride to the music or on occasion take a virtual ride, for example, through the Tour de France course.
