Welcome to Wild River Fitness

Our 16,000-square-feet of space is complete with a full line of state-of-the-art cardio, strength and free-weight fitness equipment, as well as separate group exercise rooms for fitness classes.

With great equipment, wonderful classes and incredible workouts, Wild River Fitness has what you’d expect from a fitness center, but is so much more than a gym. We provide benefits for children, teens, families and seniors. As a member of Wild River Fitness, you’ll have access to fitness equipment, health seminars and fitness experts that go right to the heart of improving your health and the health of our community.

Dance Class Sampler Series

Dance Class Sampler Series

WRF is offering a Dance Class Sampler Series. Join Tom Tinkham and Jacq Hauser as they offer beginning dance instruction in a sampling of four popular different types of dance changing each week: Swing, Night Club Two Step, Hustle, Fox Trot. Show off your moves at dance events and develop a talent you can use for a lifetime.

These session will be held on Friday evening from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. starting on September 15. Space is limited to 12 couples and pre-registration is required.

RCU Sport Court Leagues

RCU Sport Court Leagues

Open to ALL ages and all abilities

Wild River Fitness are hosting Tennis and Pickleball leagues on the Royal Credit Union Sport Court. Both leagues are free and open to the public. A equipment will be provided by Wild River Fitness. Each week, check-in at the Wild River Fitness front desk to borrow equipment.

Haven’t heard of Pickleball?

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. It is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.

Pickleball can be played both indoors and outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. You use a paddle (similar to, but larger than a ping pong paddle) and a plastic ball with holes (similar to a whiffle ball). It can be played as a doubles or a singles game. Head over to Wild River Fitness, we would love to teach you how to play.
